Do you rent privacy pods and phone booths for events?
Yes. Work Pods rents soundproof privacy pods, phone booths and meeting pods for conferences, trade shows, expos and corporate events anywhere in the continental US.
What's included in the price?
Everything: the pod rental, shipping to and from your event, delivery to the venue, setup, teardown, any exterior branding and estimated sales tax. One number, no surprise fees.
What do the pods need on site?
A flat floor and a standard wall outlet nearby. No electrician, no permits and no construction.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to eight weeks is ideal, especially if you want exterior branding. Shorter timelines are often possible, so ask.
How long does setup take?
About 1 to 2 hours for a single-seater, 2 to 3 hours for a two-person pod and 3 to 5 hours for a four-person pod. Bigger orders get a bigger crew.
Can sponsors brand the pods?
Yes. Choose glass door decals, a frosted privacy screen wrap across the glass, or a full graphic wrap on the outside. Send the artwork and we handle the rest.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the continental US. We ship the pods to a facility near your venue ahead of time, then deliver them to the floor for load-in.
